Its about half an hour until game time, the crowd is milling in, the music is loud, perhaps too loud, but there is a sense of excitement. The ice is empty, freshly cut and awaiting the two teams to sully it's perfect sheen. I will continue to add entries as the game progresses; it is the next best thing to being here.
